URGENT HIRING FOR Field Engineer IN ALL DELHI

Interview location : Ground floor, A-19, A Block, Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 ( Walk in Interview )

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

फाइबर ऑप्टिक केबल की इंस्टॉलेशन, स्प्लाइसिंग और टर्मिनेशन करना (FTTH, FTTx, बैकबोन आदि)।
OTDR, पावर मीटर और लाइट सोर्स से टेस्टिंग कर सिग्नल की गुणवत्ता जांचना।
फाइबर कट, सिग्नल लॉस या नेटवर्क डिस्टर्बेंस जैसी समस्याओं की पहचान और समाधान करना।
NOC टीम और कॉन्ट्रैक्टर्स के साथ समन्वय करके नेटवर्क एक्टिवेशन व मेंटेनेंस सुनिश्चित करना।
फाइबर रूट, स्प्लाइसिंग डिटेल्स और टेस्ट रिपोर्ट्स का सटीक रिकॉर्ड मेंटेन करना।
फील्ड में कार्य करते समय सुरक्षा मानकों और गुणवत्ता दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करना।
फाइबर इंस्टॉलेशन और रिपेयर कार्यों के दौरान तकनीशियनों या सब-कॉन्ट्रैक्टर्स की निगरानी करना।
रूट सर्वे, फाइबर बिछाने (laying) और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर तैयारी से जुड़ा कार्य करना।
फील्ड गतिविधियों, समस्या समाधान और सामग्री उपयोग की समय पर रिपोर्ट देना।

आवश्यक कौशल (Key Skills & Competencies):

फाइबर ऑप्टिक सिस्टम्स का गहरा ज्ञान (OTDR, स्प्लाइसिंग मशीन, लॉस टेस्टिंग आदि)।
FTTH / FTTx / बैकबोन नेटवर्क प्रोजेक्ट्स में कार्य अनुभव।
फाइबर लेआउट, रूट मैप और ड्रॉइंग्स को समझने की क्षमता।
फील्ड में समस्या समाधान (Troubleshooting) की दक्षता।
बेहतर संवाद और टीम समन्वय कौशल।
फील्ड में काम करने और यात्रा करने की तत्परता।

Bike & Driving license is compulsory .

Salary : 15K to 30K In hand
