Job Title: Supervisor – Field Collections (PAN India)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a strong and experienced Team Leader to manage PAN India field collection agencies, ensure strict governance, prevent fake field visits, and drive on-ground recovery performance. The role involves daily account allocation, productivity monitoring, and regular reviews with agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & monitor field collection agencies across India

• Track field visits, verify genuineness, prevent fraudulent or fake visits

• Drive bucket-wise collections performance to meet monthly targets

• Allocate daily accounts to agencies and ensure visit productivity

• Conduct weekly/monthly reviews and publish MIS

• Ensure strict compliance & governance across field activities

• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations & resolutions

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of field collections operations

• Vendor management & governance

• Analytical skills, MIS/Excel experience

• Ability to handle PAN India field agencies

• Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate

1-2 years, experience in field collections with supervisor

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
