Field Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Field Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate field surveys, collecting data specifically related to buildings, and ensuring the proper alignment of plot numbers with locations and provided reference images.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical surveys of buildings in assigned locations.

Ensure plot numbers are correctly aligned with locations and matched with provided images.

Capture and record building-specific data (no empty plots, roads, or unrelated structures).

Follow and apply the correct category list as per company guidelines.

Avoid duplicate entries and ensure each record is unique and verifiable.

Take original photographs (no downloads or use of Google images) of each surveyed building.

Submit daily reports and updates with GPS-tagged images.

Coordinate with the data validation team to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field surveys, GIS, data collection, or a similar role.

Ability to read maps, identify plot numbers, and match them with physical locations.

Must own an Android smartphone with camera and GPS capabilities.

Comfortable with extensive travel and working in outdoor environments.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic understanding of data recording applications or tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or graduate in Geography, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.

Experience with GIS tools, Google Maps, and coordinate systems.

Fluency in local language and basic proficiency in English
