Job Summary
Shubraj Tech Pvt. Ltd. is an engineering and technical services company providing professional manpower, engineering, maintenance, and technical support services across various industries. The company provides skilled technical resources for industrial projects, including the petrochemical, oil & gas, infrastructure, and other process industries.
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Field Supervisor with 4–5 years of relevant experience in field/site operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising field activities, coordinating site teams, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per required technical standards.
The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical/instrumentation technical knowledge, good leadership abilities, and practical experience in handling field operations and manpower.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field and site activities.
Lead and manage technicians, operators, contractors, and field staff.
Supervise mechanical and instrumentation-related installation, maintenance, inspection, and testing activities.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and work procedures.
Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Identify technical problems at site and coordinate with engineers for effective solutions.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain daily work reports, site records, and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and site requirements.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and instrumentation-related issues.
Report project progress, technical concerns, material requirements, and delays to management.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the work site.
Required Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
4–5 years of relevant field/site supervision experience.
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and/or instrumentation systems.
Practical knowledge of installation, maintenance, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting.
Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Good team-handling and manpower-management skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to independently manage field activities and site responsibilities.
Knowledge of industrial safety and quality standards.
Willingness to travel and work at project/field locations as required.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in industrial plants, manufacturing, engineering projects, plant maintenance, mechanical installation, instrumentation, commissioning, or project execution will be preferred.
