Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Supervisor to oversee on-site operations, manage field staff, and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks. The candidate should be well-organized, capable of handling multiple locations, and able to maintain high standards of work and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage field staff at assigned locations
Ensure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently
Conduct regular site visits and inspections
Monitor employee attendance, performance, and discipline
Coordinate with office team for daily updates and reporting
Resolve on-site issues and handle client concerns professionally
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures
Maintain reports of daily activities and submit them to management
Train and guide new employees when required

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
1–3 years of experience in field supervision or similar role
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple sites
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting
