Job Title: Logistics Supervisor
Company: Quick Movers (Logistics) Private Limited
Location: Dankuni or Srerampore, West Bengal
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Duty Time: Alternate Day & Night Shifts
Job Description:    We are seeking a reliable and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehousing and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage warehouse and logistics staff during assigned shift

• Ensure timely loading/unloading of goods and vehicle dispatch

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy

• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and vendors for smooth operations

• Maintain proper documentation and daily activity reports

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security protocols are followed

• Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary

• Report shift activities to senior management

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations preferred

• Must be ready to work on alternate Day & Night shifts

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Familiar with basic computer operations and reporting

• Candidates must reside in or near Dankuni or Sreerampore

• Physically fit and able to manage labor and field tasks
