📢 WE ARE HIRING – FIELD SUPERVISOR (OUTDOOR MEDIA)
A Field Supervisor is required for an Outdoor Advertising company.
🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the labour team.
Supervise unipole/hoarding installation and dismantling.
Supervise excavation, foundation work, and other on-site field activities.
Coordinate and supervise crane, RMC, installation equipment, and other machinery at the site.
Handle operational issues and problems related to the site.
Coordinate electrical connections and basic site requirements.
Take regular photos/videos of all sites and submit reports.
Ensure timely completion of all field work as per company instructions.
👤 Requirements:
Basic practical knowledge of field work.
Ability to manage labour and vendors.
Responsible, active, and willing to work in the field.
Own two-wheeler is mandatory (Petrol/Electric – either is acceptable).
Should know how to take photos/videos using a mobile phone and submit reports through WhatsApp.
💰 Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
(Petrol expenses are included in the salary.)
