📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit delinquent customers to recover overdue amounts.

• Follow up through phone calls, visits, and legal notices.

• Maintain daily reports on recovery progress and delinquent cases.

• Educate customers on repayment schedules and resolve payment issues.

• Coordinate with branch staff, legal teams, and field collection executives.

• Initiate repossession or legal action when required (for secured loans).

• Achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets.

• Maintain a professional and non-coercive recovery approach.

• Knowledge of recovery policies and RBI/NBFC guidelines

• Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate (varies by role level)
