Field Supervisor

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team [VEGROW]. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹22000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.

• Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

• Manage Banana Operations: Oversee export and domestic operations, including contract farming, technical support, procurement, and planning

• Farmer Relations & Support: Build and maintain strong farmer relationships, offering technical guidance and ensuring crop care from farm to packhouse.

• Fruit Quality & Assurance: Ensure high standards of fruit care, quality assurance, and hygiene during harvesting, storage, and packaging

• Farm & Labor Management: Supervise farm equipment, labor management, and crop planning to ensure efficient operations.

• Packhouse Oversight: Monitor and manage all activities from harvesting to packing, ensuring the quality and safety of the fruits.

• 0 - 2 years of experience in managing farm operations, fruit care, or agribusiness (preferably in the banana exports industry).

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of contract farming, crop management, and quality assurance processes.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of 0 - 2 years of experience in managing farm operations, fruit care, or agribusiness (preferably in the banana exports industry).
