🚀 Hiring: FRM PIA Auditor – Chennai (Full-Time / Field Supervisor)

We’re looking for a Field Auditor (FRM PIA) who is detail-oriented, independent, and ready to travel across Chennai to ensure quality and process adherence.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct on-site audits of FRMs and ensure process compliance

• Interact with FRMs & customers to verify work quality

• Collect data and submit clear, timely audit reports

• Maintain accuracy in audit records and follow company standards

• Plan daily visits: 2 long-distance (>20 km) or 4 local (<20 km)

• Share regular updates and recommendations with the management team

What You Need

• Minimum 6 months field/audit experience

• Bike + valid license (mandatory)

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil

• Strong time management and attention to detail

• Willingness to travel across Chennai
