aims at offering tailor-made digital solutions, power portfolio management, generation planning and

algorithmic trading solutions – “Joule OS” - to Utilities in India.

B. About the Role:

Field Supervisor is responsible for conducting daily site visits to monitor RDSS works being executed in

various areas of Jaipur/Jodhpur and to ensure adherence to prescribed quality standards. The role involves

overall monitoring of RDSS power distribution works and coordination with implementing agencies/turnkey

contractors, DISCOMs, and other stakeholders to track project progress and monitor the supply chain of

materials for smooth execution of the works.

The position also includes identifying potential bottlenecks in project implementation and assisting in the

preparation of remedial action plans in coordination with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to

ensure timely and successful completion of the project.

C. Detailed expectations from the role:

• Monitor and ensure the quality of power distribution works under RDSS through regular site inspections across Rajasthan, primarily covering the Jaipur and Jodhpur Discom district offices.

• Supervise implementation of RDSS works and ensure compliance with approved GTPs, technical specifications, drawings, and design standards.

• Assist in preparation of DPRs and review/finalization of technical specifications related to distribution works.

• Coordinate with DISCOMs, implementing agencies, and turnkey contractors to monitor project execution and material supply chain.

• Maintain project MIS, documentation, and prepare periodic progress reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) including inputs for the Results Evaluation Framework.

• Identify potential bottlenecks in project implementation and assist in developing remedial action plans.

• Coordinate with stakeholders including MoP, nodal agencies, clients, and Mercados Head Office, and participate in review meetings.

• Ensure smooth project execution through regular follow-ups with utilities/executing agencies and support project closure activities.

D. Required skill set

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the power distribution sector.

• Knowledge of technical specification compliance for materials used in distribution infrastructure projects.

• Experience in handling field quality issues and third-party inspection of projects under schemes such as RGGVY/DDUGJY, Saubhagya, R-APDRP, IPDS & RDSS.

E. Education and Experience

• Atleast 2 years of experience in the power distribution sector.

• BE/ B. Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.

F. Location

Rajasthan (Jodhpur Discom district offices) and may require to travel in India.
