Field Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Intelligence:

 Conduct regular on-ground surveys of commercial, retail, industrial, and warehouse

properties.

 Track current listings, rental trends, absorption rates, vacancy levels, and new

developments.

 Collect data on competing properties and projects (rent, size, specifications, amenities,

etc.).

Data Analysis & Reporting:

 Compile and analyze data to identify market trends, demand-supply dynamics, and

potential opportunities.

 Prepare market reports, competitor benchmarking, and location-specific insights for

internal use.

Site Visits & Mapping:

 Undertake physical site visits to assess property conditions, locations, access, visibility,

and infrastructure.

 Map commercial zones, logistics hubs, and retail catchment areas relevant to target

sectors.Client Coordination:

 Build relationships with property managers, and consultants to gather market

intelligence.

 Support leasing teams by providing data needed for client presentations, proposals, and

negotiations.

Database Management:

 Maintain an updated database of available properties, rental rates, and occupancy

status.

 Regularly update internal systems/CRM with survey results and findings.

Experience:

 2–5 years of experience in real estate market research, preferably in leasing.

 Knowledge of different real estate segments including office, retail, warehousing, and

industrial properties.
