Field Supervisor

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team at Infosky Technologies. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction or project sites to ensure work is carried out safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role acts as the key point of contact between contractors, subcontractors, site workers, and project managers. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹20000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing according to schedule.

• Supervise site labour, subcontractors, and vendors for quality control and productivity.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any construction issues.

• Ensure the use of proper materials and adherence to the project.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders for timely updates and approvals.

• Maintain daily site reports, progress documentation, and material usage logs.

• Enforce safety protocols at all times.

• Manage site inventory and ensure timely delivery of required materials and tools.

• Assist in site handover and final snag list completion.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent team coordination and leadership skills

• Proficient in MS Office, mail and site reporting tools.

• Familiarity with vendor management and local building codes.

• Leadership and team management

• Manage site labour, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficiency and quality.
