Field Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our DLF Farms property in Chhattarpur, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring housekeeping and gardening, and ensuring that all operational tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations and activities across the farm property.

• Allocate duties to staff, workers, gardeners, housekeeping personnel, and other support teams.

• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and productivity.

• Oversee housekeeping, cleanliness, gardening, landscaping, and general property maintenance.

• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, and other repair and maintenance work.

• Ensure the proper upkeep of buildings, outdoor areas, equipment, and facilities.

• Monitor the availability of materials, tools, and other operational supplies.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and other requirements.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the property.

• Identify operational issues and resolve them promptly.

• Maintain daily work reports, staff attendance records, maintenance records, and material usage reports.

• Report daily activities, pending work, expenses, and operational issues to management.

• Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed within the given timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field supervision, farm operations, facility management, property maintenance, or a similar role.

• Good team management and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle multiple operational activities simultaneously.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, gardening, and vendor management.

• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and records.

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations.

• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
