Duties and Responsibilities
● The candidate must own a motorbike for travelling.
● Regularly visit production sites to check that all company SOPs are being followed properly, including site setup, feedstock preparation, pyrolysis process, and biochar handling.
● Identify and document any deviations from the established procedures and report them to management on time and accurately.
● Provide on-site training and guidance to site operators on following SOPs, maintaining quality, and working safely.
● Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare reports on site performance, compliance, and training requirements.
● Identify and resolve operational issues by providing practical solutions on-site.
● Support any other logistical or on-ground requirements that may arise.
Required Skills and Experience
● Graduate preferred; 12th pass candidates may also be considered.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in MS Excel; basic laptop knowledge is essential.
● Must own a personal bike (petrol expenses will be reimbursed).
● Flexible to travel frequently within the district.
● Experience of working in a fast-paced start-up like environment
