Job Description: Globe Detective Agency is seeking a dynamic, disciplined, and field-oriented Field Officer – Security Operations for its Bangalore office. His primary role is to manage manpower deployment, recruitment of security personnels, client coordination, field visits to supervise day to day operations and resolution of on-ground operational issues.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and minimum of 4-5 years of experience in handling personnels in security services industry. The candidate must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Kannada and should be comfortable traveling across assigned locations for operational supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Manpower Management
Conduct recruitment drives for hiring security guards, supervisors, and housekeeping staff.
Source candidates through local networks, referrals, job portals, and field visits.
Perform preliminary screening, document verification, and onboarding formalities.
Ensure adequate manpower availability for all client sites.
Maintain reserve manpower to address emergency deployment requirements.
Coordinate with HR for employee documentation and attendance management.
2. Field Operations & Site Management
Visit client locations regularly to monitor guard performance and discipline.
Ensure guards are deployed as per duty roster and client requirements.
Conduct surprise inspections and security audits at sites.
Verify uniforms, grooming standards, and attendance compliance.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and security protocols.
3. Client Coordination
Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients.
Resolve client complaints and operational escalations promptly.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
Ensure smooth communication between management, guards, and client representatives.
4. Employee Handling & Problem Resolution
Address on-ground issues such as absenteeism, misconduct, shift shortages, and emergency replacements.
Counsel guards regarding discipline, punctuality, and workplace behaviour.
Handle conflict resolution among field staff professionally.
Motivate and retain manpower through proper engagement and support.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management.
Maintain records of manpower deployment, attendance, and site visits.
Prepare incident reports whenever required.
Coordinate with payroll/accounts for attendance and salary-related inputs.
