Job Description – Field Officer (Manpower & Operations)**

**Reporting To:** Operations / Owner

Job Role Summary**Field Officer ka kaam hoga **client sites par manpower deployment, attendance control, replacement management, aur daily field operations** sambhalna. Ye role **ground-level execution + basic client coordination + manpower handling** ka hai.

Key Responsibilities (Usko kya kya karna hoga)

**1. Manpower Deployment & Site Operations*** Jahan jahan company ko **contract mile**, wahan **time par manpower lagana*** New site par **kaam start karwana aur process set karna*** Site visit karke **manpower ki working check karna*** Client ke instructions follow karwana **2. Attendance & Replacement Management**

* Daily **attendance lena aur record maintain karna**

* Agar koi manpower **absent / chhod ke chala jaye**, to **turant replacement arrange karna*** Backup manpower ready rakhna **3. Manpower Sourcing & Labour Handling*** **Other states ke labour contacts** hone chahiye (UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, WB, Rajasthan etc.)* Gurgaon me **helper, factory labour, unskilled manpower** ka network hona chahiye* Labour se **proper dealing aur control** aana chahiye* Labour ko company rules samjhana aur follow karwana

**4. Documentation & Records Management**

* Manpower ka **complete data collect aur maintain karna**: * Aadhaar Card * PAN Card * Bank Details * 2 Passport Size Photo * Marksheet (agar available ho)* Saara record **proper file + MS Excel** me maintain karna* Data secure aur updated rakhna

**5. Client Coordination & Basic Marketing**

* Kabhi-kabhi **client se direct baat** karni padegi* Company ka **positive image present karna*** Smart communication skills – **baat ghumana, situation handle karna*** Apne kaam aur behaviour se **company ki tarif karwana**

**6. Reporting & Office Coordination**

* Daily / weekly **report Excel me banana**

* Attendance, manpower count, issues ki report dena* Office team ke saath coordination---**Required Skills & Qualification**

* **Minimum Qualification:** 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

* **Computer Knowledge:**

* MS Excel (attendance, data entry)

* Basic MS Word

* **Language:** Hindi must, basic English advantage

* **Bike:** Khud ki bike + valid driving license

* **Area Knowledge:**

* Gurgaon ke saare sectors, industrial areas, routes ka knowledge

* **Personality Traits:**

* Smart, active, alert

* Labour handle karne ka experience

* Field me kaam karne ki aadat

* Problem-solving nature

* Manpower supply / security / housekeeping / factory labour field experience

* Labour contractor ya supervisor background advantage
