Job Title: Site Supervisor – Kitchen Duct Cleaning Services

Location: Pan India (Extensive Travel Required)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible, quick-learning Site Supervisor to oversee kitchen duct cleaning service operations across various client locations in India. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive travel, field work, and client interactions, particularly with Chief Engineers and Facility Managers. Basic English and computer knowledge are required to understand scope documents and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client sites across India for kitchen duct cleaning projects.

• Meet with Chief Engineers/Facility Managers to understand the scope of work.

• Supervise on-site operations and ensure service is delivered as per company standards.

• Coordinate with the operations team and cleaning staff for resource planning.

• Prepare basic reports and documentation related to job completion.

• Ensure safety protocols and hygiene standards are followed at the site.

• Handle any minor troubleshooting or on-site challenges.

• Provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th pass or ITI/diploma preferred.

• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.

• Willing to travel frequently across India (travel expenses covered).

• Basic knowledge of English (reading/writing) and computers (email, basic Excel or forms).

• Prior experience in facility management, HVAC, or duct cleaning services is a plus.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with technical staff at client locations.
