Job Description
• Oversee Housekeeping operations and ensure service quality standards are met.
• Address client queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records related to Housekeeping operations (inventory, staff attendance, checklists).
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for Houekeeping materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Provide regular reports to management on Housekeeping operations and performance.
• Need 3+ years of Operations, Hotel/Facility Management experience.
• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
• Bike mandatory because it is a field job
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Hindi.
