🧭 Work Profile (Same for Both Roles)

Resolve queries of existing Paytm customers

Handle 15–20 customer queries daily (leads provided by Paytm)

Attend regular team meetings and updates

Maintain good relationship with customers and ensure satisfaction

📌 Candidate Eligibility

Age: 18 to 35 years

Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass

Experience: Fresher / Experienced (as per role)

Two-Wheeler: Mandatory

Smartphone: Android (for Paytm app usage)

Gender: Male candidates preferred

Employment Type: Permanent On-Roll
