## About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and field-oriented professionals to build and manage relationships with small retail businesses in categories such as Apparel, Footwear, Home Decor, and related segments. The role involves market expansion, retailer onboarding, and driving financial and marketplace solutions for retailers.

## Key Responsibilities
• Build and expand buyer base of small retail stores in the assigned territory
• Engage with Apparel, Footwear, Home Decor, and similar retail outlets
• Facilitate market linkage solutions and direct consumer linkage for retailers
• Promote financial services and allied business products for small retailers
• Drive sales growth and territory development initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing and Product Management
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and ensure business continuity
• Execute company schemes, products, and operational processes effectively

## Desired Skills & Experience
• Good understanding of small retail businesses and local markets
• Experience in field sales, relationship management, or retail business development preferred
• Ability to establish products, schemes, and operational processes within the territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented with ability to work independently in the field
• Comfortable handling monthly GMV targets of approximately ₹1 lakh sales

• Own Bike & Valid Driving Licence
• Own Smartphone
• Local resident for more than 5 years
• Proficiency in local language
