Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our team. The role involves meeting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets through field visits and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and cold calls.

• Promote and sell company products such as personal loans, credit cards, business loans, insurance, or similar financial products.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.

• Provide accurate market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of field sales experience are welcome.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready to work in the field.

• Should own a two-wheeler and smartphone (preferred).
