Field Sales Specialist

• A Field Sales Executive drives sales by traveling to various locations to meet potential and existing clients, presenting products or services, and closing deals within an assigned territory. Key responsibilities include lead generation, conducting sales presentations, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and reporting on activities. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, a self-motivated attitude, a willingness to travel, and familiarity with CRM software.

• Sales & Strategy:
• Develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and pursue leads in an assigned territory.
• Client Engagement:
• Meet with prospective and existing customers in person to understand their needs, present products or services, and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Sales Process:
• Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales to achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Reporting & Management:
• Maintain a CRM system, track sales activities, create and submit sales reports, and forecast future sales.
• Market Awareness:
• Monitor competitor strategies, understand market trends, and provide feedback on promotional efforts.
• Collaboration:
• Work with internal teams, such as marketing, to coordinate efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Sales Experience: Proven experience in field or outside sales, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
• Customer Focus: Ability to build rapport, manage customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage a territory effectively.
