We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead and expand our semiconductor product sales in [region/market]. The role involves developing new business, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors.
Business Development:
Identify, approach, and develop new customers in target segments (OEMs, EMS companies, design houses, distributors).
Promote and sell semiconductor products such as MLCCs, resistors, capacitors, inductors, ICs, diodes, RF components, and oscillators.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer requirements, inquiries, and technical support coordination.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets in assigned territory.
Develop territory sales plans, track pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts.
Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demands.
Provide feedback to management on product demand, gaps, and opportunities.
Team & Reporting:
Coordinate with internal sales support, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely order execution.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present performance updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Business Management (preferred).
3–7 years of field sales experience in semiconductors / electronic components.
Strong network with OEMs, EMS, and electronic manufacturers.
Good technical understanding of semiconductors and electronic components.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage time effectively.
