Field Sales Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead and expand our semiconductor product sales in [region/market]. The role involves developing new business, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:

  • Identify, approach, and develop new customers in target segments (OEMs, EMS companies, design houses, distributors).

  • Promote and sell semiconductor products such as MLCCs, resistors, capacitors, inductors, ICs, diodes, RF components, and oscillators.

• Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer requirements, inquiries, and technical support coordination.

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets in assigned territory.

  • Develop territory sales plans, track pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts.

  • Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with clients.

• Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demands.

  • Provide feedback to management on product demand, gaps, and opportunities.

• Team & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with internal sales support, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely order execution.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present performance updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Business Management (preferred).

• 3–7 years of field sales experience in semiconductors / electronic components.

• Strong network with OEMs, EMS, and electronic manufacturers.

• Good technical understanding of semiconductors and electronic components.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage time effectively.
