💰 Salary: ₹23,000 In-Hand + PF ₹3,600
⛽ Petrol Allowance: ₹200/day
🎯 Incentives: 5,000/month based on performance
📅 Type: Full-Time
🚦 Immediate Joiners Preferred (0–7 days notice)

Requirements: Bike, Driving licences.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Visit customer locations daily (50–80 km travel).

• Build relationships with tenants and property owners to close rental agreements.

• Negotiate and convince parties to successfully finalize deals.

• Verify property listings and ensure photos & details are accurate.

• Maintain daily visit reports and documentation.

• Achieve weekly/monthly targets with a performance-driven mindset.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales or client-facing roles.

• Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.

• Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

• Passionate about real estate, sales, and client service.

• Willing to travel 50–80 km daily.
