📍 Full-Time | Salary: ₹18,000–₹19,320/month + ₹200/day Petrol + Incentives up to ₹4,000

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Conduct on-site audits of Field Relationship Managers (FRMs)

• Ensure process adherence and quality standards

• Travel across Pune for daily audits (2–4 visits/day based on distance)

• Collect data, prepare reports, and provide feedback

• Collaborate with FRMs and management to enhance performance

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of field/audit experience

• Own a bike + valid DL (must)

• Good communication in Hindi & English

• Strong time management and attention to detail

• Willingness to travel across the city
