Role & Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through phone calls and digital leads.

Explain Fibe's personal loan and EMI solutions to customers.
•
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
•
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
•
Assist customers with the application process and required documents.
•
Check basic customer eligibility and guide them through the loan process.
•
Resolve customer queries and objections professionally.
•
Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
•
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Skills Required

Good communication and convincing skills.
