Conduct field visits to meet employees, factory workers, shop staff, and employers to explain Sevak Mithra benefits.
Achieve monthly enrolment targets as assigned by the company.
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and community interactions.
Provide clear information on ESI, PF, insurance, statutory benefits, and support services offered under Sevak Mithra.
Maintain daily activity reports, lead tracking, and conversions in the company’s CRM/WhatsApp group.
Follow up with leads until successful enrolment and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local associations, HRs, and business owners.
Participate in promotional camps, awareness drives, and field events.
Ensure professional representation of the brand at all times.
Coordinate with the backend team for documentation, ID generation, and beneficiary queries.
