• Pitch customized gifting solutions for festivals, events, and year-round requirements.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, Purchase & Marketing heads.
• Provide end-to-end servicing from pitch to closure to execution.
• Ensure retention and repeat business from key corporate accounts.
3. Coordination & Execution
• Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
• Coordinate sampling, product customization, price proposals, and approvals.
• Maintain high quality standards and resolve client concerns quickly.
4. Sales Reporting & Targets
• Track sales progress, pipelines, and closures.
• Achieve revenue targets, especially during peak gifting seasons.
• Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and monthly MIS reporting.
