The successful candidate will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging and managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.- Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers through various channels.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs - Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients.Required Qualifications and Skills:- Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably with a proven record of meeting sales targets.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.- Willingness to travel frequently.- A proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented mindset.
