📌 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory through effective sales planning.

• Drive primary and secondary sales and ensure regular order generation.

• Manage distributors, dealers and retailers and strengthen the distribution network.

• Ensure complete range selling, repeat orders and the right product mix.

• Identify opportunities to improve market share and distribution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key retailers.

• Ensure successful placement of new/focused product launches at retail outlets.

• Implement sales schemes and BTL marketing activities effectively.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, launches and market trends.

• Guide and support LASMs, ISPs and other sales associates to improve productivity.

• Monitor collections, inventory and sales-force automation tools.

• Resolve business partner issues and provide regular market feedback and sales reports.
