Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned business locations and meet potential clients
Generate new B2B leads through field visits, references, and direct outreach
Explain company products/services clearly to business owners and decision-makers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into closures
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain visit reports and sales activity updates
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and support
Collect market feedback and competitor insights

Requirements

Minimum 12th pass
At least 6 months experience in field sales / B2B sales / direct sales
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field work and client meetings
Target-oriented mindset
Basic smartphone handling and reporting knowledge
Immediate joiners preferred
