Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell credit card products at Apollo Pharmacy stores. This is a customer-facing role ideal for individuals passionate about sales and looking to grow in the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers at Apollo Pharmacy to promote suitable credit card offerings.

• Explain card features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage clearly and confidently.

• Collect and verify customer documents in line with KYC (Know Your Customer) norms.

• Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding within the store.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Confidence in directly approaching customers

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

  • Basic knowledge of financial products and KYC norms

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
