Job Description

We have newly launched a Liquid Detergent manufacturing unit in Noida. We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team . The role requires smart candidates who are skilled in B2B field sales and demonstrating products to prospective clients and getting orders. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 25,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and field visits to factories/ companies .
Build strong customer relationships.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Report performance to management .
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Candidate should have his own bike for field visits. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
