About the Role

Feewa Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting field visits, meeting potential customers, explaining solar solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and local market activities.

• Visit residential and commercial customers to understand their solar requirements.

• Explain solar products, benefits, pricing, subsidy schemes, and installation processes.

• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings in assigned areas.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain proper records of leads, customer meetings, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.

• Submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; graduates can also apply.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 1+ year of relevant field sales experience will be preferred.

• Personal two-wheeler is mandatory.

• Valid driving licence is mandatory.

• Comfortable with regular field visits and customer meetings.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Confident and customer-friendly personality.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Basic smartphone knowledge and ability to use Google Maps.

• Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.

• Experience in solar, electrical, real estate, telecom, FMCG, or other field-sales roles will be preferred.
