Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Field Sales Representative to handle field sales activities, customer visits, site measurements, and client queries. The candidate will be responsible for visiting different locations, generating sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with the office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites and potential clients to understand their requirements.

• Take accurate site measurements as per customer requirements.

• Generate new sales leads and identify potential business opportunities.

• Explain company products and services to customers and convert leads into sales.

• Handle customer queries and follow up with clients over phone calls.

• Conduct regular field visits to meet existing and prospective customers.

• Coordinate with the office team regarding measurements, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.

• Maintain records of customer visits, sales leads, follow-ups, and daily activities.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and complete field activities within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling to different locations.

• Must have a personal bike and a valid driving licence.

• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage customer queries over phone calls.

• Basic understanding of measurements and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.

• Basic smartphone and reporting skills.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
