🚨 WE’RE HIRING | FIELD RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (FRM)
📍 Location: Central Line, Mumbai
💰 Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives

📝 Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit schools, institutions, companies, and potential clients to promote products and services.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Arrange client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and support business conversions.
- Maintain records of client meetings, leads, and follow-ups.
- Collect market feedback and coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Confident, energetic, and presentable personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi and English.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and local travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Sales, Marketing, or Business Development experience preferred.
