JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
Division: Prefab & UPVC
Location: Tambaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and generate sales for our Prefabricated Products and UPVC Doors & Windows division. The candidate should have field sales experience, good communication skills, and the ability to develop new customers in and around Tambaram.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers through field visits, cold calling, and market networking.
Promote prefabricated cabins, portable offices, UPVC doors, windows, and related products.
Visit builders, contractors, architects, real estate developers, and construction sites to generate business leads.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and prospective orders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular field visit reports.
Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure timely follow-up and order closure.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of field sales experience.
Experience in real estate, construction materials, building products, or related industries is preferred.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Must be familiar with Tambaram and the surrounding areas.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Must be an immediate joiner.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
