Job Description

Position: Liability Sales Officer

Candidate Profile:

· Prior work experience not mandatory (training will be provided)

Mandatory Requirements:

· Must own a two-wheeler

· Valid driving license (Learning License acceptable)

· Must be a local candidate (8–10 km radius preferred; maximum 20 km commute per day)

Key Responsibilities:

· Acquisition of CASA (Savings & Current Account) customers

· Opening new bank accounts

· Cross-selling banking products such as Credit Cards, Insurance, and other financial products

Eligibility Criteria:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Age – up to 28

Compensation Structure (Freshers):

· Performance-based incentives up to ₹50,000 per month

Career Growth:

· Exposure to Retail Banking, Operations, Credit, and Wealth Management

· Internal growth opportunities after 18 months based on performance

· Potential career progression to roles such as Relationship Officer, Assistant Manager, Credit Officer, and Branch Manager
