Cross-sell Axis Bank products (CASA, Loans, Insurance, etc.)
Minimum target: 10–15 new accounts per month
Generate leads through personal effort and support branch leads
Utilize existing customer data for cross-selling (Home Loan, Insurance, etc.)
Field work role; employees responsible for sales pressure management without petrol or mobile allowances
Incentive structure based on points per Axis product sold/activated (example: mobile application installation = ₹100 per point)
