Field Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Prospecting for new customers in the assigned market through cold calling, referrals, and local visits. 

  • Promoting gold loan products and services to individuals and small businesses. 

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets for gold loan disbursements. 

• Customer Interaction:

  • Educating customers on loan products, terms, and interest rates. 

  • Building customer trust through effective communication and query resolution. 

  • Providing excellent customer service pre and post-loan disbursement. 

• Gold Loan Operations:

  • Evaluating the weight, purity, and value of gold jewelry for loan applications. 

  • Guiding customers through the documentation process and ensuring KYC compliance. 

  • Liaising with operations and credit departments to ensure smooth loan processing. 

• Market and Compliance:

  • Maintaining detailed records of loan transactions and gold appraisals. 

  • Conducting field verification and ensuring adherence to company policies and financial regulations. 

  • Providing market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
