Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) through field visits and cold calling.
Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the branch manager.
Generate leads through referrals, market activities, and existing customer base.
Educate customers on the benefits of CASA products and services offered by IDFC FIRST Bank.
Ensure high-quality customer acquisition and maintain customer relationships for future cross-selling.
Work closely with branch operations and other internal teams for seamless onboarding and documentation.
Follow compliance guidelines and maintain complete documentation for all account openings.
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 4 years in CASA Sales, Banking Sales, BFSI Sales, NBFC, or Financial Products.
Must-Have:
Bike and Valid Driving License – Mandatory for field visits
Good communication and convincing skills
Customer-first mindset with a go-getter attitude
Preferred: Candidates currently working or having worked in private banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
Age: Up to 30 years only
