Field Sales: Meet potential clients daily to sell Life Insurance and Financial plans.
Lead Generation: Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and local networking.
Client Advisory: Understand client needs and suggest suitable insurance products.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets and ensure timely policy issuance.
Relationship Management: Maintain post-sales service and ensure policy renewals.

Requirements:

Experience: 6+ months in Field Sales (BFSI, FMCG, or Direct Sales).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and "go-getter" attitude.
Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid Driving License.
Qualification: Graduate preferred (12th Pass with good sales record may apply).
