Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new merchants through field visits and local market mapping

Pitch Udaan Capital’s financial products (working capital loans, credit solutions, etc.)

Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC and credit requirements

Support customers through the onboarding, approval, and disbursal process

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

Ensure accurate data entry and timely submission of documents

Coordinate with credit, operations, and other teams for case progress and closures

Achieve assigned acquisition, conversion, and disbursal targets

Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and process guidelines
