Field Sales Officer

• Position: Sales Officer (Field Sales)

• Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell small-ticket business loans to merchants.

• Ensure timely disbursement of loans.

• Collect Equated Daily Instalments (EDI) from customers daily.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in field sales lending.

• Prior experience in fintech (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BharatPe) is preferred.

• Willingness to work in a field sales role is mandatory.

• Education: HSC (for experienced candidates) / UG (for freshers).

• Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.

• Must submit employment proof: Offer Letter, last 3 months' payslips, and Relieving Letter.

• Languages: Tamil (mandatory) and basic English.

Compensation:

• ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 (based on experience and skillset)
