#### **About the Role:**
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Officer to drive sales and partnerships for our cloud kitchen. The role involves identifying potential partners, building B2B & B2C networks, and increasing brand visibility in the local market.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and onboard new clients, including restaurants, corporates, housing societies, and retail partners.
* Promote and sell cloud kitchen food offerings to increase daily order volume.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
* Conduct field visits, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
* Execute local marketing activities, food sampling campaigns, and promotions.
* Collect customer feedback and share insights with the operations and marketing team.
* Maintain records of daily visits, sales calls, and business closures.
#### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in field sales/FMCG/food & beverages/hospitality industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet targets.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
* Familiarity with food delivery apps (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) is an added advantage.
