Field Sales Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Roles to drive sales in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for insurance products.

• Conduct on-site meetings and presentations.

• Visit customer locations for product demonstrations and application processing.

• Provide personalized financial planning.

• Regular client meetings for portfolio reviews and cross-selling.

• Source and onboard customers for microfinance loans, gold loans, business loans, or SME loans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

• 1-4 years of experience in field sales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Local market knowledge and willingness to travel extensively

• Proficiency in local language is preferred
