Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Officer at TATA AIG, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products directly to customers through on-ground engagement.

• Conduct field visits to generate leads and pitch TATA AIG’s insurance products.

• Explain product features, benefits, premiums, and claim processes to potential customers.

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain daily activity records and sales reports as per company standards.

• Collaborate with the local branch and team leaders to meet monthly sales targets.

• Educate customers on insurance policies, claim filing processes, and renewals.

Key Requirements:

• Must be fluent in the regional language (Tamil/Kannada/Telugu) depending on the location.

• Basic proficiency in English to handle product-related communication.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel locally and interact with diverse customers.

• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and field-oriented attitude.

• Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 5 years) are welcome.
