Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of MSME loans and related financial products.

• Achieve branch sales and collection targets.

• Build and manage customer relationships for business growth.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (for Branch Head role).

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with relevant experience.

• 2–8 years of experience in NBFC / MSME loan sales.

• Strong knowledge of local market and customer base.

• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
