šKey Responsibilities:
āBuild a team of Business Partners (preferably with banking knowledge or experience) through your own network. Train and manage these Business Partners effectively.
āEach Business Partner will be responsible for appointing and developing a team of insurance agents or advisors.
āBusiness Partners receive a stipend and performance-based incentives, while agents or advisors earn commissions from the company.
āDrive sales and achieve business targets through the team.
āMonitor advisor performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
āConduct regular training, joint field work, and mentoring to develop team capability.
āEnsure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and documentation.
āBuild and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
āGenerate leads through various marketing activities and convert them into business.
